Finally, they made their own Christmas ornaments...

Christmas just keeps getting more and more fun!

30 Weeks

Only 10 weeks to go and I need every last one of them.

He is going to be here before we know it and I have so much left to do!

Festival of Trees

We went to the festival of trees cause I have always wanted to go and never been. I was unprepared for how many people go. Saturday afternoon isn't a time I would recommend cause it was swamped. But we had a blast and the trees were awesome!

This one was the girls' favorite...

On our way out we saw this crazy mantel... Annie loved it and has been requesting to see happy feet ever since...

We will definitely go back next year just on a different day.

suckers from santa

Just in case you are planning on taking your kids to see Santa at the mall, I would just like to warn you that this might be the result. There is apparently a difference in cleanliness between a 1 year old and a 3 year old eating suckers...

But they loved it so I don't mind cleaning them up afterwards.

the day after thanksgiving day

The day after Thanksgiving we went to the mall to see Santa fly in on the KSL News helicopter. He was about an hour late but lucky for us they had cookies and hot chocolate...

The helicopter finally came and the girls loved it...

Until just before it landed it was so windy because we were so close, like 50 feet away, the stroller flew off the ground with the girls in it and there were kids that blew over. Now the girls are terrified anytime we go outside in the wind that they are going to blow away... ha.

Santa got out of the helicopter and walked around and said hi to all the kids...

After being outside in the cold for 2 hours we went into Macy's and the girls had fun together while we shopped...

I really hope they do this every year cause it was a blast, but next year we'll have to hold onto the stroller better.

 

thanksgiving day

We went to Ogden and spent it with the Zunigas. We had a blast and the food was delicious!
