family night, mini golf style

For family night we went mini golfing. It was so fun and the girls loved it!

Ollie chillaxed in the stroller happy as could be...

Maycie tried really hard to get the ball in the hole. It took a few tries...

Annie tried and did a little better...

Brent had fun...

He helped the girls try to get the right form...

But we gave up and just had fun...

shaw family reunion

So you've never been to a Shaw family reunion, well, neither had we. Turns out its pretty awesome. Probably mainly because Shaw's are awesome...

A party is never complete with out a Clancy there, luckily we had Jason...

 A short break to take a nap...

Then more laughs and relaxing...

strawberry days parade

The parade on Saturday morning during Strawberry Days next to the rodeo is my favorite. 

My kids love parades and so the were excited to go. 

Police and fire trucks are some of the highlights for them...

Annie isn't a fan of loud noises...

We were so excited Kelsey was here from California so she could come with us...

Maycie likes to stay away from all the excitement...

It was fun and we'll be going again next year!

Bath time is Ollie's favorite time. He is always happy and splashing!

He's never quite as happy to get out...

 

strawberry days rodeo

One of my favorite things in the summer is Strawberry Days in Pleasant Grove. I love the rodeo and the parade and I am working hard to make sure my kids feel the same way...

Nana came with us cause Brent decided to stay home with Ollie...

We got strawberries and cream because you cant go to the rodeo and 

not have any. The girls loved it...

They loved watching the kids ride the sheep...

Its always fun to watch the kids try and get the dollar bills off the cows...

Maycie was a huge fan of all the horses...

Especially the buckin' broncos...

We also had fun watching the teams trying to milk the cows...

The clown is the funniest part of the rodeo, I love it...

We left early cause I'm a stickler about bedtime and it was an hour and a half past. But they got to have a look at the baby cows on the way out...

And the rodeo royalty was standing around waiting for the rodeo to end and Annie loves princesses so it was perfect cause she got to take pictures with them!
